Description:
A two-stage project was implemented for Azerpambıq Company to optimize production processes and monitor quality. The projects were implemented in a short time and delivered to the customer.
Work Done – Cabin Hopper and Double Eye Weigher Equipment
- Cabin hopper and 2-bay scale equipment were manufactured and delivered to the project site.
- The equipment was assembled and adjusted in the field by professional engineers.
- The project was fully completed and submitted to the customer within 1.5–2 months.
Work done – SCADA Control and Monitoring System
- A SCADA program has been developed that allows for centralized monitoring of temperature and humidity indicators.
- Necessary goods and equipment have been purchased and provided.
- The system covered the Saatli, Beylagan and Agjabedi districts.
- The project was successfully completed in 1.5–2 months in 2024.
Result:
This project has enabled AzerPambiq enterprises to operate on a more sustainable and technological basis by ensuring production efficiency, quality management, and real-time monitoring of processes.
