Description:
Within the framework of the Himalay Beton Sea Breeze project, a 16×3 m, 80-ton truck scale was provided for the purpose of establishing a modern measurement and control system. During the project, equipment procurement, foundation preparation, and on-site assembly works were successfully completed.
Work Done – Cabin Hopper and Double Eye Weigher Equipment
- Purchase and provision of weighing equipment with a carrying capacity of 80 tons.
- Field assembly, adjustment and commissioning of weighing equipment.
- The accuracy of the measurements was ensured by a calibration process carried out jointly with the Institute of Metrology.
- The scale is equipped with the AzTruck PT system.
- The project was completed within 1.5–2 months and handed over to the customer on June 20, 2025.
Result:
As a result of the project, Himalay Beton Sea Breeze has gained accurate weight measurements, automated tracking, and high reliability capabilities in logistics and production operations.
