Description:
A two-stage project was implemented for IODICO to increase the accuracy of production processes and strengthen quality control. The projects were completed and delivered to the customer in a short period of time.
Work Done – Cabin Hopper and Double Eye Weigher Equipment
- Cabin hopper and 2-bay scale equipment were manufactured and delivered to the project site.
- The equipment was assembled and adjusted in the field by professional engineers.
- The project was fully completed and submitted to the customer within 1.5–2 months.
Work done – SCADA Control and Monitoring System
- A SCADA program has been developed that allows for centralized monitoring of temperature and humidity indicators.
- Necessary goods and equipment have been purchased and provided.
- The SCADA system is integrated into the enterprise's existing production processes.
Result:
As a result of the project, IODICO gained operational control, precise measurements, and automated monitoring capabilities in its production environment, enabling the company to manage its operations more efficiently and sustainably.
