Truck scale system for Coca-cola plant
Project name: Coca Cola – Truck Scale System
Description:
A 60-ton truck scale measuring 18×3 m was installed for Coca Cola Company in order to establish a modern measurement and control infrastructure. Within the scope of the project, the main foundation works of the scale were carried out, the equipment was provided, installed and made ready for use.
Work done:
- Purchase and delivery of weighing equipment with a carrying capacity of 60 tons to the site.
- Preparation and reinforcement of a special base for the scales.
- Installation of equipment on site and preparation for operation.
- The scale has been calibrated and its accuracy has been confirmed in conjunction with the Institute of Metrology.
- The “AzTruck PT” system has been integrated, providing full control.
Result:
The project was successfully completed within 2–3 months and the scale system was delivered to the customer on January 13, 2025. This project serves to increase accuracy and efficiency in Coca Cola's logistics and transportation operations.
